Unica Corporation is a leading provider of analytical client relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation solutions. It develops, manufactures, and distributes enterprise marketing management (EMM) software that businesses use to help identify, measure, and predict customer behaviors and preferences. Unica's software suite enables users to conduct large-sized, personalized marketing campaigns, to incorporate enterprise data, and to analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Unica also offers consulting, installation, integration, and training services.

Key Responsibilities and Achievements:

• Traveled across APAC to implement EMM for the banking Sector
• Mapped current business, operational processes and EMM system processes
• Implemented a full on-premise EMM solution for K Bank in Thailand
• Delivered management and team training on product use and how to customise the system for future campaigns

Medical Benefits Fund of Australia Limited (MBF), a health insurance agency, celebrated their fiftieth anniversary in 1997. Today the company is known as MBF Australia and has diversified into financial services and lifestyle management.

Key Responsibilities and Achievements:

• Interacted with leadership teams to understand current business processes and needs to translate into requirements and project scope.
• Reduced corporate FTE by $3M / year by implementing a plethora of 'Quick-Win' solutions that streamlined inter-department productivity and efficiencies
• Developed department process flows and process documentation
• Designed process models to provide clear, understandable tools for presenting business processes to staff
• Developed excel metrics derived from raw company data to track improvements in organizational efficiency.
• Compiled tailored monthly analytics and performance reports for senior management.

Westpac Bank had a Mortgage Processing Centre that was later acquired by EDS. EDS (Electronic Data Systems) was an American multinational information technology equipment and services company headquartered in Plano, Texas.

• Managed performance of EDS, Westpac 150 staff Contact Centre
• Call Traffic Controller, Forecasting and Staff scheduling
• Work with Genesys to implement Westpac Bank's first Workforce Management system
