Legal Competitions

Disrupting Law Hackathon- 'AI x The Law'-August 2023-State Runner Up

My team and I worked together to develop a portal with the objective of streamlining the bail application process, specifically targeting the backlogs and costs that disproportionately impact Indigenous Australians, juvenile offenders, and women.

I entered this national-wide competition to improve communication skills. I participated as part of a team of three other people, so it required good teamwork skills. Because the competition was only open for 54 hours, I had to manage time well. We were also required to present our 'pitch' to a panel of judges, which allowed me to practice public speaking skills.
