· Adapting customer service techniques to ensure relevance to the current market/banking conditions to ensure that the service provided is helpful
. Investigate issues and promptly escalate and collaborate with the relevant teams to resolve any issues.

· Entering customer details, activities, and opportunities into the system to ensure a robust database is maintained

• Monitoring Kids/ playing games and doing activities when the parents are shopping
• Administering medication when needed according to parent instructions.
• Enforcing discipline when necessary but always doing so calmly and respectfully.
• Maintaining a positive attitude while being patient and understanding with the children.
• Providing a safe environment for children to explore their curiosity and creativity.
