Duties and Responsibilities:

Welding Techniques:Proficient in GTAW, MMAW, FCAW, and SAW processes for welding a range of materials including carbon steel, low carbon steel, stainless steel, Duplex, SUPER Duplex, Inconel, and titanium.
Experienced with heavy-wall pipes (6” to 36”) and combination metals like 309 stainless to copper-nickel.

Fabrication and Preparation:Skilled in welding pipes of various sizes, from small bore to large bore butt joints.
Studies sketches and diagrams to determine necessary operations and materials.
Aligns and sets pieces in place, measures for accuracy, and prepares surfaces using wire brushes, grinders, or solvents.

Problem-Solving and Quality:Handles complex assignments, resolves issues, and assists other workers.
Applies quality systems, procedures, and assessments to ensure high standards.
