Accomplishments

In 2018 I walked an estimated 1000 kilometres from Gold Coast to Sydney on a solo mission to raise vital funds for the ongoing research and support services for those suffering from body image shame & it's increasing prevalence amongst women and men of all ages today. This was an opportunity to promote self love and care- from 'the inside out', as well as raise money to donate to the butterfly foundation so that they can continue to provide information and referral services to the Australian public. It was also an opportunity for me to thank the butterfly foundation for helping me recover from the debilitating eating disorder that nearly took my life. I called this adventure "The Inside Out Project". It took me 3 weeks to complete, and I was able to raise just under $3000.
