During my holiday in Lebanon last year i got an 8 week retail summer job at a boutique. my role included serving customers, organizing the clothes, bookkeeping, social media management.

• Maintained an organized store environment by restocking shelves and organizing displays.
• Processed returns and exchanges according to company policies while maintaining positive customer relations.
• Maintained cleanliness of store by sweeping floors, dusting surfaces, emptying trash cans and mopping spills.
• Supported other departments within the store when needed during busy periods or shortages in staff.
