My name is Kahlil Fourie. I have been a casual Front of House supervisor at Betty's Burgers Chadstone since 2022, in that time I have worked closely with Sadie and witnessed firsthand her dedication to providing wonderful customer service. She is hardworking, friendly and dependable, always willing to help when asked even if it's above her usual role requirements. On one such occasion she was asked to open the restaurant while all the Front of House leadership team was temporarily unavailable that morning, she did an exceptional job doing so, from the outside you would not be able to tell this was done by someone who had not done this previously. Sadie is highly skilled at her job and is able to multitask effectively the various tasks required in our restaurant. Whether it be taking guests orders and using our Point of Sale system, communicating with our kitchen and working at our dessert station, making ice creams and shakes, as well as managing the different sorts of cleaning and restocking that is required throughout the operating day, and when it's time to close the restaurant. Regardless of which position of the restaurant Sadie is stationed at, she is always greeting our guests with a smile, and if they need any assistance, she will do so patiently and will make sure their experience is as best as possible. She is a valued member of our team. She is always happily getting along with others and fostering a positive workplace; even consoling others for any reason should they need. Sadie is also a great team player, never one to complain about her work and she will always be the one to step up and take the lead with any task.
