• Completed the 12-month SWSLHD Gradstart program, which included two six-month supported clinical rotations:

- 1st rotation attended was in Anaesthetics. Examples of learning objectives were airway management, COACH, pre and post-operative care

- 2nd rotation attended was in Antenatal/Gynaecology. Examples of learning objectives were understanding antenatal care under 20 weeks gestation, gynaecological complications, and providing woman-centred care.

• Performed and worked within the scope of being a Registered nurse as outlined by the NMBA standard of practice and code of conduct
• Developed critical thinking, decision-making and reflective practice that enhances the ability to deliver patient-centered care
• Demonstrated an understanding of legal, ethical and professional issues that can impact patient care

• Worked within the scope of practice as an AIN, providing support to the nursing team in various environment such as acute, sub-acute and community.
• Have been deployed as a certified RAT and PCR tester, and worked in private companies and distribution centres
