Production and packaging worker
- Worked under the immediate supervision of the Food Service Manager performed routine manual tasks in the preparation and serving of food and in cleaning and maintaining the food service areas
- Complete food preparation for menu items and assist co-workers with maintaining par stock levels
- Provide excellent customer service by providing courteous and quick service
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management

- Cleaned and sanitized dishes and utensils, consistently keeping adequate supplies on hand for expected customer loads.
- Chopped vegetables, cut up fruit, and prepared sauces when kitchen staff was busy.
- Restocked supplies and prepared additional ingredients during downtime for expected busy periods.
