As a research intern at Mater Hospital Brisbane, I have worked on assessing the efficacy of virtual education delivery for postnatal care. The significance of this project lies in its objectives, which are to systematically review and evaluate the effectiveness of postnatal virtual education delivery . This review will concentrate on identifying optimal practices and resolving deficiencies to enhance the health outcomes of mothers and infants through virtual education.

My duties include:

• Participating in meetings and presentations to collect project information.
• Conducting thorough research.
• Organizing and analyzing data.
• Generating reports promptly.

My role involved a systematic review of 939 studies, a task that underlines the thoroughness of the research and the credibility of the recommendations. I have also maintained systematic monitoring of the project's quality and progress, ensuring that outcomes were achieved with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

As a medical officer/healthcare manager, I skilfully supervised the day-to-day activities of civil hospital, ensuring the highest quality of patient treatment. I led the implementation of a modern facility electronic health records system, resulting in enhanced data precision and streamlined operational effectiveness. I was responsible for supervising administrative duties, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory requirements within a large-scale hospital department. I constantly ensured compliance with healthcare norms and standards while enhancing patient outcomes and care delivery using advanced clinical quality practices. One of the ways I stayed updated on the newest developments in the area was by actively participating in medical research programs.
