I was responsible for the organisation, implementation, and quality of yearly camps targeted towards youth aged 14-30 years old. My role required me to collaborate with a team of facilitators, and parents in assisting the participants to go through a series of courses developed by the International Bahai Community, aimed at developing the required capacities, habits of thought, and patterns of behavior necessary for the development of moral identity and service to their communities.

My role was ensure that individuals across Melbourne and Regional Victoria were able to have access to the Ruhi Material as well as improve the quality of its implementation and facilitation.

I was responsible for taking these youngsters through a series of texts that focus on a particular moral theme. The study of the texts was complimented by the planning and implementation of service projects for the community.
