Taking ownership of deploying functional solutions, including the creation, adoption, and implementation of system test plans to ensure quality and integrity within Genetic, Gallagher, and Integrity Systems.
Developing user and training documentation specific to Genetic, Gallagher, and Integrity Systems and conducting formal training classes for system users.
Creating functional specifications that effectively guide system developers working on Genetic, Gallagher, and Integrity Systems.
Utilizing data and process modelling techniques to produce clear system specifications for the design and development of Genetic, Gallagher, and Integrity Systems.
Serving as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the decision-making process related to projects involving Genetic, Gallagher, and Integrity Systems.
Furthermore, as part of our service to clients, we provide information and support sourced from Genetic, Gallagher, and Integrity Systems.
Tasks such as raising tickets, generating reports (such as pending reviews and raised cases), and working on unassigned cases are carried out within these systems.
We also assist organizations like Vic Pol and housing departments in Australia by handling footage requests and providing access control information from Genetic, Gallagher, and Integrity Systems.
The systems, such as iCare, are used for raising tickets and reviewing information. Additionally, we analyze network issues reported by clients and collaborate with our IT systems engineering department for resolution, including those related to Genetic, Gallagher, and Integrity Systems.
For invoicing and accounting purposes, we utilize the NetSuite system. We extract and analyze relevant data within Genetic, Gallagher, and Integrity Systems and integrate it into NetSuite for comprehensive financial management.
