Retain and Chain Carcass Trimmer: responsible for removing pathology and defects pleuricy, broken ribs, arthritis, vaccination infection, CLA infection, ovis or sheep measles and other zero tolerance, recheck before AAO, and QA place them back on the line.

Report other pathological finding like fever (red angry color), Jaundice (yellowish color), fly-strike (maggots), Septicemia, Malignancy cancer for QA and AAO.

Responsible for cleaning the abbaitors after slaughtering and to ensure it meets its standard operation.

*Trimming defects from tag carcass.

*Responsible for opening and seprating kidney, heart, liver and lungs.

*Responsible for zero tolerances to the AAO ( by banging table with knife) for there quick reaction.
