My job consists of engaging to better understand customers needs to deliver excellent service, whilst working a seasonal job during the busy summers, I have had to mantain calm demeanor during high-volume periods and social events.I made coffees during busy day to day shift. I actively listen to customers to understand requests and concerns and operating tills accurately to process cash and card transactions. As well as cashing up at the end of the day. I clean equipment as well as dispose of waste correctly through the store closure.

My job also consists of hitching and unhitching the ice cream vans correctly and safely onto the beach.

Throughout work i ensure i maintain the highest standards of conduct and customer service.

Parkin Estates have six different establishments in Woolacombe, we have to be flexible as we will be placed in any one of them depending on staff levels and needs.

Following the pandemic, i decided to help out elderly people with local chores when needed such as helping out with general up-keeping tasks, this includes cleaning and basic gardening.

Whilst working at Tarko Lounge I gained further experience in the customer service field by greeting customers and seated guests in high quality service.I conducted Id checks in line with challenge 25 rules and regulations. I upheld high standards of cleanliness in all work areas to comply with health and safety regulations.

I demonstrated full knowledge of menu items contents as well as preparation methods for customer preferences.

In Secondary School, I volunteered to assist in helping and guiding Year7 students in reading in the school library to allow them to gain reading skills. I maintained good communication skills in helping younger students.
