My job consists of engaging to better understand customers needs to deliver excellent service, whilst working a seasonal job during the busy summers, I have had to maintain calm demeanor during high-volume periods and social events.I actively listen to customers to understand requests and concerns and operating tills accurately to process cash and card transactions. As well as cashing up at the end of the day. I clean equipment as well as dispose of waste correctly through the store closure.

Whilst working at this position i became head supervisor in which i trained up staff and ensured daily tasks ran smoothly whilst monitoring staff.
