I have the ability to ensure the efficient operation of a community kindergarten, focussing on the pastoral care for parents. I understand the importance of workplace health and safety in a kindergarten Centre and also the importance of maintaining health records for every child.
As a kindergarten assistant; I think that each child is an individual and it’s my role to value and develop each child's strengths, interests, skills, abilities and knowledge to build on their learning. I believe that children learn through play and I provide opportunities for children to explore, discover, create and use their imagination.
