Work History

Membership Sales Executive

Gold Coast SUNS
04.2024 - Current

As a Membership Sales Executive, I engage with current, lapsed, and prospective members to drive sales, deliver exceptional service, and build long-term relationships. My responsibilities span the full membership sales cycle, from selling full-season packages to executing targeted campaigns, such as the blockbuster membership offer for the high-demand Collingwood match.

Key responsibilities and achievements include:

  • Managing outbound call lists, membership sales, service and nurture calls, and general enquiries to ensure members receive timely and professional support.
  • Overseeing operational processes including card file management, transactional SMS, MSS tasks, help desk requests, salesforce data tasks, and regular data clean-up activities.
  • Collaborating within a high-performing sales team to achieve membership targets and deliver outstanding member experiences.
  • Leading match day operations, including gate management in high-pressure environments, ensuring smooth entry for fans and a positive game-day experience.
  • Achieved top sales performance in the 2024 blockbuster membership competition, earning the opportunity to attend the 2024 AFL Grand Final.
  • Providing support outside my core role, including assisting corporate hospitality operations at events such as SUNS in Business, working in the Team 22 Suite for the 2024 season, and volunteering as the Under 12’s Academy Coordinator for a 10-week program in 2025, assisting with all operational aspects alongside the Academy team.

Student Liaison

Bond University
01.2023 - 01.2024

In my role as a Student Liaison, I engaged directly with prospective students and their families to support them through the early stages of their university journey. This included delivering personalised campus tours, presenting at high schools to Year 11 and 12 students, and conducting phone consultations with future students both locally and interstate. I provided tailored guidance on academic programs, campus life, and student services, ensuring each individual felt informed and confident in their decision-making process.
Additionally, I co-hosted Bond University’s 2023 Virtual Open Day, an online event showcasing the University’s programs, facilities, and student experience to a national and international audience. This role required strong public speaking skills, on-camera presentation, and the ability to communicate complex information in an engaging and accessible manner.

I applied and shared the skills and techniques I had learned as a player, while also developing my own leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities. This experience holds some of my most valued memories, as it combined my passion for sport with the opportunity to positively influence and work alongside others in a team setting.
