While at SCEE my main projects have been

• BHP Area C shutdown for switch room upgrades.
• BHP Nickel West, TransAlta upgrades, heavy cable pulls and switch room work.

While at Praxis my rolls consisted of

• General electrical installs & maintenance
• Fault finding
• Operations
• Process plant construction projects, cable pulls, terminations, installation of panels & instruments
• Panel building & control wiring

Main projects while working at Praxis

• Construction of Northern Iron plant in the NT.
• Installation of twin 400m deep bore pumps.
• Lightning arrestor installs for Roy Hill.
• Construction & Maintenance at MRL.

While Employed at ESE I worked closely with engineers, customers to design & build control panels for mining, agriculture and power distribution.

Our products varied from general site install, relay control panels, small & large scale busbar power distribution panels, solar & diesel power generation, power storage & PLC integration control panels for process control.

As part of my job i would frequently work away on a vast range of projects, some of these included

• Transformer instrument upgrades, testing & shutdown work with ABB Electrical & HVC.
• Solar farm warranty work & upgrades with SMA Solar Technology.
• Inverter upgrades & retro fits.
• Aid in the installation of bores for mining contracts with Flow Water Systems.
• Construction & commissioning of bore skids and pumping systems for mining and agriculture.
• Installation & setup of radio systems for bore fields.

My day to day duties contained the following

• Liaison with engineers and customers on design, functionality and install details.
• Aid engineers with drafting, checking & adjustment of wiring diagrams via the use of design software like AutoCad.
• Organise materials for site & workshop projects.
• Run workshop projects to deadlines (both solo builds & team builds) while updating involved parties on progress & lead times.
• Run site projects remote & local.
• Commissioning of builds & site installs in conjunction with engineers.
• Maintain & repair plant equipment.
• Use of 2D & 3D design software (AutoCad, AutoCad electrical, fusion360) to create labels & solutions for custom projects.
• Use of workshop Equipment (Laser engraver, Metal lathe, Milling machine, welder) to build solutions for custom projects.
• Mentor Apprentices.
