I have been been with COX Automotive business for over 20 years and have held numerous senior positions within the company. Initially starting as an Auction Coordinator, I have progressed to National Account Management for Manheim's OEM clients, Dealer Manager and Assistant General Manager before being promoted to NSW General Manager in which I held for 3.5 years. Since 2017, I have been Director of Operations and have been an integral part of the Executive Leadership Team driving significant growth across multiple country, state and regional markets.

    • Accountable for the forward strategy, leadership and management, growth, and performance of the $18m Manheim Australia and New Zealand operational capabilities including Logistics, Auction and Online Services
    • This includes the management of 13 operating sites across Australia and New Zealand with a further 98 partner and affiliated locations
    • With nine direct reports and 100+ indirect reports as Director of Operations I also manage Manheim's property portfolio including the development of new sites at Adelaide, Newcastle and Kemps Creek replacing the existing NSW operations at Moorebank
    • Crisis management of natural disasters with the NSW and QLD floods and Sydney and Canberra hail, necessitated the development of popup facilities for the processing of up to 5000 vehicles per month whilst effectively managing cost
    • Key achievements included: Remarketing and vehicle solutions EBITDA growth $14 m to $18m over this 5-year period seeing a decrease in relative operational costs
    • Managed and grew the business with minimal redundancies through the COVID global pandemic maintaining FY21 - FY22 turnover

NSW General Manager

    • As NSW General Manager I oversaw the successful operation of the Moorebank and Smithfield Auction sites and the establishment of a new site in Newcastle
    • During my tenure the Smithfield site ( Salvage) transitioned back into the primary Moorebank site and I successfully led property negotiations to consolidate the Sydney operations, effectively controlling costs and overall efficiencies
    • This role also required the support of sales strategies, goals and service levels for customers and the effective management of a changing market and competitive environment
    • Working closely with the COO to deliver NSW operations, I demonstrated significant financial management capabilities overseeing the NSW Budget and demonstrating considerable initiative and problem solving, as well as cost control programs.
