I served as the primary point of contact for Results Migration, acting as the 'face and voice' of the company. Responsible for client interactions and supporting agents/lawyers, I maintained a thorough awareness of all client files and their status while delivering exceptional customer service. Drawing inspiration from Donna from 'Suits,' I ensured a professional atmosphere at all times.

In this role, I was responsible for managing three childcare sites across the North Shore whilst acting as on-site manager at one of these sites.

• Direct management of 10-20 employees including training, and evaluation.
• Administrative tasks such as enrolment, booking, invoicing and debt collection.
• Adhering to the standards required by OSCAR and the Ministry of Social Development and leading the site through reviews to keep funding and approval.

• Successfully opening and managing our Scott Point Childcare Site and becoming the fastest growing branch within the company.
• Growth of Scott Point site to become our second largest site in one year, with attendance up to 50 children per day.
• Temporarily managing a site of over 150 children and 10 staff per day before being offered my own management role.

In this role, I was an assistant site manager of the Before and After School Care Programme & Holiday Programme. I was directly involved with the care of children aged 5 to 14.
