Being a model really helped me come out of my shell and taught me that confidence when meeting or speaking with new people is key. In my time as a model, I was travelling all over the UK, meeting people from different backgrounds and working with them to bring our ideas to life.

During my time at Topshop I would often be multitasking between helping customers, taking stock and managing online orders. This role really helped my interpersonal skills develop in a more professional manner.

• Maintained tidy and organized store environment to comply with cleanliness standards.
• Greeted customers, helped locate merchandise, and suggested suitable options.
• Stocked merchandise, clearly labelling items, and arranging according to size or colour.
• Used Cash Register and computer to process sales, returns, online orders, and gift card activations.
