  • I work with the Covid collection team to conduct covid swabbing in Aged Care facilities and at drive through testing locations. My duties include collecting, validating, and recording patient information in written form and via electronic data entry, accurate labelling of pathology specimens and providing smooth and timely flow of patients through testing services. As part of this role, I am required to understand and follow national guidelines regarding PPE, clinical and non-clinical waste, and sanitisation. I also recognize the importance of treating our patients with care and compassion. These skills were developed via training provided by mentors and teammates and I enjoy working in this role.

  • I have experience working in a bakery on a casual basis for a few months, where my duties included serving customers, preparing sandwiches, restocking and helping with back of house food preparation along with general cleaning duties.
