Accomplishments

  • Instrumental in the transition of Suncare Community Services to the 'paperless office' - moving more than 40,000 records to online platform enabling newer hybrid opportunities. This was particularly helpful with the unfortunate Covid 19 outbreak.
  • Review and coordinated the implementation of new EAP provider.
  • Developed the Suncare HR Master Tracking spreadsheet which is still being used today alongside Aurion due to the ease of communication and collaboration.
  • Drafted and emailed more than 600 support workers and nurses, new contracts, together with customised letters within a very tight timeframe of two weeks. Tools such as adobe and mail merge allowed me the ability to maximise efficiencies and complete the project successfully.
  • Transitioned more than 600 staff to new contracts following legislative updates to the SCHADS Award within a tight legislative deadline.
  • Collaborated with the various teams to evaluate and implement new HRIS necessitating excellent interpersonal, time management, accuracy and efficiency skills.
