Hours for the previous day to ensure times have added up to 76 hours at the end of the fortnight for both branches.

Chasing up outstanding accounts for payment in both branches. Pre-key payments. Taking payments over the phone. Answering phone calls and transferring them to appropriate staff if required. Sending out statements at EOM, as well as sending invoice copies if required.

Creating new customers in the system, as well as ensuring customer information is up to date.

Monthly stationary order for both branches.

When required, creating part numbers in our system for new stock and locating parts. Gathering appropriate paperwork and registering new trucks for our sales team.
