• As an ECW/SSO, my primary responsibility was to assist children with their daily routines and activities while ensuring their safety. To promote creative play, I organized play areas, toys, and learning materials. I also read stories, sang songs, played games, and assisted in crafts with groups of children. I was responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy classroom environment and observed children's development, reporting any concerns to the lead teacher. Additionally, I encouraged positive behavior by modeling appropriate behaviors and participated in professional development opportunities related to early childhood education.

• I provided academic support to students on a one-on-one basis who needed help. I created customized learning plans and executed them for students with special needs. During lunchtime, I monitored student behavior to ensure their safety. I attended professional development opportunities that were relevant. I implemented intervention strategies that targeted behavioral issues among students. Additionally, I helped in observing classrooms to identify developmental delays and behavioral issues.

• My primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and well-being of the children under my supervision. I organized play areas, toys, and learning materials to promote creativity, and engaged with the children by reading stories, singing songs, playing games, and assisting with crafts. I also maintained a clean and healthy classroom environment and modelled appropriate behaviour to encourage positive behavior in children. I participated in professional development opportunities to enhance my knowledge and skills related to early childhood education. Moreover, I encouraged language development by having conversations with students about everyday topics.

I helped to foster the curiosity and interest of students by creating engaging hands-on activities. Through these activities, students were able to more effectively explore and understand key concepts. I presented a wide range of information using a variety of instructional techniques to help students comprehend the material. Additionally, I collaborated with staff members and teachers to design comprehensive and individualized education plans to optimize student learning.
