1)Reviewing Project Documents (scope of work, Schedule "B" Schedule "C" & Drawing

2)Preparing Overall Time Schedule (EPC) on Primavera P6 as per project scope of work, drawings & BOQ

3)Finalizing the Schedules after coordinating with the project team

4)Performing critical path analysis, generating S-Curves of Design, Procurement, Construction & Testing/Commissioning

5)Generating Manpower Histogram

6)Monitoring the site works & informing the team incase of a potential delay after comparing with baseline time schedule

7)Delivering weekly/bi-weekly & monthly reports by tracking complete project status

8)Reporting to the Project Manager for any slippage & submitting corrective action to the client

9)Attending meetings & maintaining minutes accurately as per the discussion

10)Assist & advise procurement team for material required on site as per schedule & prepare ststus report for management

11)Maintain complete Planning related documents in a organised manner in folders & facilitate Quality Department during the audits
