ICT Officer
- Provide advanced technical support to internal and external customers, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues and assisting with deployment of new technologies
- Configure and maintain systems, including use of Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Set up and configure new devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Support customers in IT-related issues, including answering questions, providing guidance, and resolving problems
- Collaborate with team members and other IT staff to resolve issues
- Document technical issues and solutions in clear and concise manner
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry best practices
