I have been assisting my parents with their family business since the start of this year.

• Reduced response times for assistance requests by efficiently prioritizing and organizing tasks.
• Ensured a safe and comfortable environment by maintaining cleanliness standards and addressing potential hazards.

I have helped my older sister watch her kids (ages range from 1-10 years old) while she needs to attend her appointments. Duties include-

• Played games, worked on puzzles, and read books to young children.
• Communicated positively with children and guardians.
• Organized and cleaned home after activities by picking up toys and straightening up play room.
• Maintained a clean and organized environment to ensure the well-being of children under care.
• Bathed, dressed, and helped with teeth brushing as part of bedtime preparation.

For the past 2 years i have been one of our youth leaders - (age group 10-16). Duties include-

• Enhanced youth engagement by developing and implementing interactive activities and programs regarding topics in the bible.
• Facilitated conflict resolution among youths using problem-solving strategies that foster mutual understanding and respect for each other's perspectives.
• Implemented effective behaviour management techniques when necessary to maintain a positive environment that fosters learning.
• Assisted in the creation of a welcoming atmosphere within our program location by designing visually appealing spaces tailored to youth interests.
