I am a highly motivated and experience Specialist Training Officer with over 15 years’ experience in Training Environments across variety of Organizations and Industries in Papua New Guinea. I have been responsible for the Community Engagements, Security Operations Training Cell, Security Management and Emergency Response, Home Affairs Contract Administration Training Cell, Logistics Transportation Training and Facilities and Management, Quality Workplace Health, and Safety Environment (QWHSE), Training and Assessment of both Expatriates and PNG Nationals Employees. I have extensive knowledge and skills that have enable me to develop strong working relations at all levels of the organization and who has seen proactive staffs being trained and developed to meet contractual obligations. An effective communicator with the ability to develop rapport easily with people from all levels within the business.
