I am an experienced Gym Instructor/Personal Trainer with over 9 years in the Health and Fitness industry. I have expertise in weight loss, muscle gain, exercise rehab, recovery, nutrition, and much more. I have also taught a wide variety of classes over the years such as strength and conditioning, HIIT, yoga, and boxing just ot name a few. I also have a Bachelor of Sport, Recreation, and Event Management with minors in Sport Science and Marketing.
During this period, I have built a reputation for boosting sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, and consistently achieving results and customer satisfaction.
I am a self-motivated, hard-working individual who is extremely passionate about health and fitness. I take a holistic approach to health and fitness, view it as a lifestyle, and believe in practicing what I preach.
