  • Managed the fitout of a 37,000m2 residencial tower, totalling 266 units, 5 pent houses and 6 commercial tenancy as well as amenities such as a indoor lap pool, sauna, movie theatre, gym, communal co-working office space and residential dinning room with a total fitout cost of approximately $40m
  • Firmly enforced safety as the biggest priority on site
  • Insured a quality product was being delivered and demanded that certification requirements were met
  • Monitored job progress and the performance of sub-contractors to ensure projects are completed prior to, or on programmed dates
  • Worked closely with senior management on issues to find cost effective solutions
