Major Projects Property

  • Managing the largest property project in PSC History. Leading the rezoning, development, and sale of 90 ha of council-owned land for residential development, forecast return of $78 million, and facilitation of 130 residential lots
  • Created and implemented the initial Property investment strategy, providing clear development objectives and governance framework for Property investment and development related functions.
  • Managed the sale and reinvestment of commercial property. Recent sale of $14.7M commercial asset and to re-invest in industrial ($13.5M purchase).
  • Squire Street Subdivision, managed design, planning, councillor information sessions, governance framework, subdivision registration, and sale of residential subdivision, 510% ROI.
  • Establishment and Sale of biodiversity credits. Recently negotiated and managed the sale of Biodiversity credits at $2.2M

  • Bower Estate, Seniors Housing Development, 110 self-contained dwellings and associated facilities / works. $35 million cow
