Reporting to the Water Sports Centre Director, my responsibilities include providing coaching and instruction to individuals and groups in sailing techniques, water and boat safety, boat handling and sailing theory, and building skills through constructive use of lesson planning, individual motivation and mentoring to younger sailors who are beginners, intermediate or racing sailors. As a qualified Australian Sailing Coach, additional responsibilities include mentoring junior sailing instructors, regatta coaching and in-depth development of junior sailors to compete at State and National sailing events. Currently lead Laser Sailing Coach for SYC Performance Sailing team.

• Trained athletes in proper use of equipment for safety and maximum results.
