• Managing arrears on several hundred contracts ranging from current to 181+ days
• Generating arrears reports and conducting fortnightly arrears meetings with vendor partners to minimize delinquency & NPL

• Conducting vendor operational review audits and reporting results to senior management
• Conducting pre-audits for incoming B&C vendor partners
