Samuel Sheridan

I undertake many roles as an operations team member at JB Hi-Fi. I am constantly providing customer support/service whether that be in person, selling stock, repairing items. I also deal with allot of over the phone consultation with customers regarding deliveries, stock checks, or just finding solutions to help customers that are unhappy with their service. I would say I have very good customer service skills and am a confident speaker. Aside from the customer service side of the role i also do allot of labor, whether that may be, packing sheds, unloading trucks, processing boxes, organising the storeroom, cleaning, whatever is required of me.
