During my time at Pacific College of Technology, I worked as a receptionist, a role that provided me with extensive hands-on experience in customer service and office management. My responsibilities included handling a high volume of incoming calls, responding to student inquiries, and ensuring that communication flowed smoothly between departments. Additionally, I managed the forwarding of emails and other important correspondence, ensuring that nothing was overlooked.

This position allowed me to develop essential skills in multitasking, time management, and prioritization, as I often had to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism. I learned to handle a wide range of situations, from answering general questions to resolving more complex concerns, which greatly enhanced my problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.

During my time working as an all-rounder at a café, I took on a variety of roles that allowed me to gain valuable experience in customer service and hospitality. My primary responsibilities included taking orders from customers, ensuring they had a welcoming and comfortable experience, and providing attentive service throughout their visit.
