Sancia Doherty

My formal work experience currently includes 6 months of work (August 2024 - January 2025) at McDonalds Heatherbrae as a crew member serving on counter , handling cash and presenting orders as well as basic food and drink preparation and barista skills.

I have done volunteer work at Sterntaler Equestrian Services. During this volunteering work I have helped to feed, tack up, bring horses in and out of pasture, rug and take care of horses. I have also helped lead children during lessons.

I have also undertaken basic reception work at a family business, this includes answering the question phone , providing support to customers and maintaining a clean environment

I also have experience in School Leadership. During 2022 I was Middle School sports captain and a part of the student leadership team at St Phillips Christian College Waratah. Apart of this role was helping to organise school sporting carnivals, school fundraisers and helping out at Junior School sporting carnivals.

My future endeavours include wanting to become an early childhood / primary educator and I plan to graduate school and attend the University of New England to study Early childhood / primary education.

When working I am dedicated to whatever tasks needs to be done. I am and kind and diligent worker and I am happy to contribute to a positive work environment for both fellow staff members and customers.
