Worked as a team leader - Registered Nurse grade 5 to manage the facility and administered medications and treatment to patients and monitored responses while working with healthcare teams to adjust care plans.

• Ensure provision comprehensive individualized care to patients in Paediatrics Wards/PICU, look after patients on CVVH and advanced ventilation-oscillator, nitric oxide, etc., look after all critical patients including complex heart disease, record and report nursing care in accordance hospital requirements, collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team, practice with scope of practice and in a manner that meets professional standards, supervision and guidance of less experienced nurses, consistently demonstrate sensitivity and genuine care for others, act as patient advocate, assess patient's status and notifying physicians of clinical changes, monitor health and safety compliance and infection control within the complex.

• Ensure provision comprehensive individualized care to patients in the maternity, new born care and paediatric wards, responsible for patient care in a complex environment providing care for neonatal and post-natal patients, record and report nursing care in accordance hospital requirements, collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team, practice with scope of practice and in a manner that meets professional standards.

• Ensure provision comprehensive individualized care to patients in the20 bedded CICU/paediatric Cardio vascular and thoracic surgery ICU , implement total patient nursing care through a team nursing process covering 15-20 critical patients per shift, record and report nursing care in accordance hospital requirements, collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team, practice with scope of practice and in a manner that meets professional standards, provide effective clinical leadership to team members.
