As a passionate Counter Manager representing Elizabeth Arden within the Myer Erina store, I provided a range of services, including assessing customers skin care routines and providing recommended advice, tailored to each client’s individual needs.

I focused on building lasting relationships with customers by offering personalised consultations and expert advice on multiple facets of the beauty industry including skincare, makeup and fragrance. In this role, I was responsible for recording sales, working towards targets, managing a client database to support return appointments and regular event management. Daily duties included maintaining a clean and organised environment and ensuring all my tools and products were sanitized and well stocked. My commitment to delivering high-quality service with makeup and skin care applications, enhanced client satisfaction and return business, contributing to the counters’ successful growth over the period that I managed the business. In 2017, my personal commitment to the business was reflected and celebrated by being recognised and awarded the NSW Beauty Consultant of the year with Elizabeth Arden.

Being a motivated, productive and positive team member, my passion for cosmetics and fragrance facilitated my growth and development working closely with the cosmetics team and enabled me to focus in this area, while remaining flexible when my presence in store was required elsewhere.
