“Work- Life balance” Keynote speakers address which focussed on ways to create a happy and healthy work and home balance while managing the demands of teaching in today’s society.

“Finding the calm within”- workshopped various techniques for natural relaxation and assisted participants to find the calm within simply and easily in their daily lives.

This presentation focussed on the writing workshops I run for bereaved parents. I elaborated on the healing potential of writing through connecting with one’s innate creativity and spirituality throughout the grief healing process.
