Creation and maintenance of reporting through various programs using Word, Adobe Pro, Excel, Teams, email and eMR
Use of industry programs: Resolve, inReach, Content Manager, CADLINK, Status board, Myshift, Stafflink, IIMs, Health share, Health Roster & Sharepoint
Policy Directive and Operating Procedure review, editing & updating including presenting to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) for approvals
Creating and progressing Briefing Notes to various Executive staff members and drafting letters on concern
Ability to step into Higher Grade Duties roles when required
Complete Manager and Director initiated projects within the team at short notice
Paramedic liaison and colleague support/welfare
Ability to train other staff effectively in both current and previous roles
Compliant with occupation workplace health and safety standards
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
