As Banking Consultant at ANZ I provide professional personal financial advice based on customers current situation in order to assist them with their future goals. In my role I also provide direct support to the Branch Manager to assist with staff capability and training, daily running and organisation of the branch, management of senior stakeholders, business growth and legislation compliance. I have over time gained strong and trusted relationships with my customers, colleagues and the senior stakeholders of ANZ Casuarina through my open and professional service.

My regular tasks include customer service through appointments and front desk concierge, meeting with senior stakeholder to help create new business, managing the daily running and structure of the branch, facilitating meetings, staff training and coaching, processing and assessing mortgage and credit applications, maintain internal accounts and corporate credit cards and organising staff travel.

In my role I was required to have proficient experience on many different computer applications such as all Microsoft applications, Automated Credit Evaluation, Group Hogan System and internal budgeting and accounting software. These applications were required for me to open accounts, process lending applications, provide insurance quotes, personal and internal account maintenance, training of other staff members, delivery of daily meetings and liaising with senior stakeholders.

Throughout my time at ANZ I endeavored to focus on self-growth and actively seek any training that is available to me to better my knowledge and customer experiences.

In July 2015 I began my role as head Customer Service Consultant at ANZ Darwin City. In my role I provided customers with personalised banking service that took into account their objectives and goals in order to put them in the best financial position possible.

Whilst working as head Customer Service Consultant at ANZ I formed strong, trusting relationships with each of my customers and stakeholders through quality and professionalism of my service, providing ongoing business in referrals and returning customers.

My role as Head Customer Service Consultant for ANZ was highly demanding customer service-based roll. This role required me to preform many banking transactions from regular cash handling, servicing of accounts and providing customers assistance with their financial needs. Some important aspects of my role as a Customer Service Consultant were maintaining customer relationships through professional customer service, responding promptly to customer needs and concerns and always upholding confidentiality. Some of my day-to-day tasks included maintaining accounts, scheduling customer appointments, managing staff diaries, ordering and balancing of cash, concierge and front desk services and processing customer transactions.

While working in this role I was also required to use many different computer applications including all Microsoft Office applications and many internal banking applications. I also have efficient knowledge of account keeping based on the experience and training I received in this role.
