I am currently working as the Lead Equipment Strategy Standards at BHP, which involves setting up best practices and a baseline for the strategy development process based on international standards for maintenance and asset management. Establishing generic reference libraries and driving standards across all the BHP assets. My current role involves collaborating globally with stakeholders in promoting and advising the leadership team on current issues, and providing resolution as required. Other recent capacity in the realms of asset management was assessing the life cycle assessment of critical equipment, identifying and submitting capex and Opex projects for approval, and setting up a maintenance strategy for fixed plant equipment for the Total Equipment Strategy (TES) project at BHP. Also, I worked as Principal Strategy - APM, where my main role was to roll out a training program for the Strategy Management model for all stakeholders across all operations. My reliability and engineering background helped me streamline planning processes and implement strong, cost-effective measures as part of Integrated Operations and MECoe Asset Management planning.
