Sania Mian

I have recently completed an internship at an IT company in Kings Park called 2nds IT Pty. This role despite being demanding and out of my comfort zone has allowed me to utilize my problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles i encountered during projects while maintaining professionalism under pressure. My main role within the company includes managing reception duties and paperwork, monitoring online sales, and acquiring the basic foundation and knowledge required within this field. This includes skills such as

• Profound ability to use software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, GoogleDocs and Outlook.

This role has additionally allowed me to enhance my communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.

• Utilized problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles encountered during projects while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Explored new technologies and approaches to streamline processes.

Member I played a crucial role in delivering a positive customer experience through my service and collaboration with my team. My responsibilities included:

• Taking drive thru order taking, preparing delivery orders and food preparation/ packaging.
• Being able to work flexible hours across night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Working at KFC has taught me the importance of Identifiying issues, and providing solutions in a fast paced and chaotic environment where you are often required to multi-task. This constant need to multitask has allowed me to demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills while managing multiple tasks. Additionally this job has also taught me the importance of team collaboration and communication in order to fulfill the restaurants customer standards.
