As part of our dedicated Financial Services team, my role as a Senior Talent Manager is to proactively network, relationship manage and source active and passive talent across Finance, Legal, Risk and Compliance professions.


Responsibilities include, but not limited to:


  • Recruiting professionals salaried up to $250,000 AUD. Average salaries circa. $200,000 Package.
  • Filling job requests for both interim/contract and permanent vacancies. Up to 15-20 different positions and searches at any given time.
  • Supporting clients across Corporate/Institutional Banking, Insurance (Life, General & Re.), Trading Markets, Funds/Wealth Management and Fintech/Startup sectors.
