Projects

• Drone Monitoring Program - leading field teams and developing methodology for land managers to assess land / vegetation condition and pastoral value using drone technology and applications.
• Gumaranganyjal (Roebuck Plains) Management Plan - providing a comprehensive strategy for the pastoral enterprise, NRM values and traditional owner / community considerations.
• Zenith Management Plan - providing an ecological and business restoration plan for an amalgamation of 5 pastoral leases equating to 3 million acres, under foreign ownership.
• Woodside Carbon Assessment - desktop review of Human Induced Regeneration (HIR) potential of 100,000ha of the eastern states seaboard. Assessment including land use, vegetation, pre-existing project assessment and FullCam Modelling to develop reporting advice, strategic matrices, formulae and spatial representations.

• Provide technical and policy support and advice, Field Operations and Investigations, Stakeholder engagement (Indigenous / Community / Land Users), Interdepartmental coordination and liaison, Contribute to research, analysis and drafting to support the development of policy, Providing program planning and project management to deliver high level outcomes.

• Implementation and management of Healthy Estuaries program to farmers in SW WA, Implement and facilitate sustainable / regenerative agriculture projects / workshops.

• Expert environmental and ecological analysis of nutrient impacts from a dairy operation for the Supreme Court, Lead field operations, data acquisition, mapping and report writing for legal proceedings, Sampling and analysis of groundwater, surface water, soil samples and fauna / flora, Provide best management practice and remediation.

• Conduct botanical and environmental surveys in remote locations relating to mining operations and dewatering programs.

• Non-invasive, patented products using plant transpiration as a bio-indicator of sub-soil chemistry, Field Trial Leader, various Proof of Concept Trials.

• Project manage research and monitoring programs investigating aquatic and terrestrial vegetation and faunal ecotoxicology of mine sites.

• Conduct botanical, geological, and landscape surveys for mine site proposals in remote locations of Western Australia, GIS mapping of vegetation communities, Report writing for EPA approval processes.

• Develop and implement program evaluation, policy and planning strategies, Evaluate current natural resource projects risks and opportunities.
