· Screening staffs/visitors for any COVID symptoms before entering the premise.
· Observing patients physical and psychological status and responses during the course of interactions within scope of knowledge and report changes to the RN.
· Maintain a clean, comfortable and safe environment for patients, staffs and visitors.
· Assist in the collection of clinical data as allocated by the Registered Nurse such as patient’s height and weight, vitals observations, patient’s physical assessment and skin integrity.
· Observe patients physical and psychological status and response during the course of interactions within a scope of knowledge, and report changes to the Registered Nurse.
· Assisting patient’s in their ADLs and completing assessments on patients.
· Screening staffs/visitors for any COVID symptoms before entering the premise.
· Swabbing clients with COVID symptoms.
