During my time at UBS my role has consisted of answering and actioning phone calls from customers, Insurance companies and trades. I have also had the responsibility of actioning email inboxes. In my role i work in a very close nit team with claims coordinators, assessors and project coordinators. Some of my daily tasks are meeting and greeting any visitors, setting up and cleaning the board room for meetings, taking phone calls and actioning emails.
