I am an energetic, organized, outgoing person who will never leave a job half finished. I have a keen understanding of how to play to the strengths of my team members. My experience in clubs, and working closely with management has ensured that I am calm under pressure and have a deep understanding of how to ensure that a customers experience begins, and remains a positive one. Through highschool I engaged in many peer mentoring programs which made me into an efficient trainer. This is a skill which I use at my current job when I train new team members.
I am very gifted when it comes to any form of customer engagement, both standard encounters and complaint management. I calmly evaluate every situation and use my great communication skills to collaborate with a customer or a team member under stress to come up with a mutually satisfactory solution and ensure that the other person feels valued and leaves with a smile on their face.
