  • Manage Project Booyah Mental Health Clinicians and provide support, including monitoring work and caseloads, providing performance feedback, supporting professional development opportunities and ensuring all client support delivered is appropriate, ethical and in line with best practice and funding guidelines.
  • Assist Project Booyah Mental Health Clinicians to provide crisis support to program participants as required.
  • Review and update Project Booyah program manual, risk assessment tool, and overall program delivery in line with current best practice and appropriate to individuals from a diverse range of social and cultural backgrounds.
  • Provide expert advice and support to Project Booyah staff across the Queensland region, including; support for staff relating to program delivery, strategies to support program participants with mental health, behaviour management support and expert strategies to manage complex behaviours on program, strategies to support engagement/re-engagement of program participants, appropriate community and referral pathways for program participants
